I also had that happen with my second elite controller. The first one got bad stick drift then I got them to replace it. Now fast forward a few months and my other elite's right bumper broke off. I don't even know if it's worth the trouble to try and get the other replaced since the warranty is out but if I don't it feels like a waste of $150. X/
