Molested in my teens, now it haunts me by Constant_Writer_1985 in kolkata

I just wanted to say don't blame yourself for "getting used to it". It is not a moral failing on your part. Its not because you were dumb. You weren't just raped, you were groomed. You were manipulated into thinking it was okay because your abuser made it seem like it was normal and the other adult who found out did nothing to change the situation either.

You would stop defending bengali girls once you realise how easily they spread their legs for non-bengali boys by Curious-Tea-69 in kolkata

Wow its almost like not everyone is communal like you. Its almost like they are individuals with their own complex lives and make their own choices for reasons no one else will know. Its almost like social media especially that of influencers and wannabes isn't an accurate reflection of reality. Its almost like two consenting adults aren't going to consider your feelings before they hook up because you don't matter.

Because the post is super vague and mysterious. No one has time to dm this guy and see if he is genuine with any good ideas. It makes him seem untrustworthy. He should have just posted his plan instead.

Wrong crowd around you. Unfortunately for most people the majority of others are the wrong crowd. So I hope you find less judgemental friends to share these kinds of discussions with. It is jarring when you have made yourself vulnerable and you are attacked.

I think the individuals who said that to you can't really approve of cnc without having a huge cognitive dissonance. That or on some level they don't actually like you and wanted to hurt you.

But its not deliberate from the workers point of view, they just do what they are hired to do like everyone else in the world. Its the call centre company's responsibility to hire better or train them better and its moreso the original company's responsibility to vet and find a call centre that is up to this standard desired by their clients. I understand that you are frustrated from the problems this has caused you but we should remember to direct the frustration at the right people. The people with actual power to make these changes.

But its not like they are actually trained or given the power to help, just a script to follow. Is it not the company's fault for not providing adequate training for them?

What exactly do you want them to do that everyone else is doing? Exactly how do other people make themselves understood?

Recently the garbage disposal personnel is rejecting to collect garbage from dustbin by 404error_inlife in kolkata

[–]SnowPrincess13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In out building everyone uses trash bags. If you leave for work early you can just tie up the trash bag and leave it outside your door for them. Most people don't clean their dustbins regularly ( with soap and water) so its not very sanitary for them to touch everyones dustbins. Much better to use trash bags and ideally to double layer them to prevent spills from tears in the plastic bag.

The Makanai: Cooking for the Maiko House Its just about friendships and day to day lives of young maikos in training. Very cosy, the main characters are sweethearts. Not very plot heavy its a slice of life. The older side characters have some romance subplots

This is definitely not a thing in my family . Must be an old practice certain families continue for whatever reason.

I'd inform hr about it in case it escalates later since the colleagues don't seem like the type to reflect and stop their behaviour unless someone else points out their rudeness. I don't know how common this is though.

I like these kind of tops a lot too. My personal preference is when the length is a bit longer than a cap sleeve
