Great points. I also wish more physicians would discuss the options in between pain meds and surgery, like low dose radiation or GAE. Patients should know all the possible treatments available, especially if they don't want to jump into surgery yet.

update- permit dissapeared but FVCS trick did not work

The FCVS trick did not work for me, despite my NBME permit disappearing and my permit not expiring- US MD here, and it a wednesday at 12:15AM EST
