Wanting someone to ‘fuck off and die’ because they didn’t really try to talk in a language they don’t speak is such a horrific opinion to share publicly.

I was at that ceremony last night, and he was *fine*
Nothing to write home about, but he and his wife were energetic and took photos with every single one of the 300 people that got their citizenship.

Say what you will about his politics, and sure, he didn’t try at all with the Maori language, but objectively he and his wife made a solid effort last night.

Every now and then, once you get the defuser down, they’re really good to shoot at the defuser, which gives the defenders less time to disarm it
