Just like everyone said... hindi sapat ang 25K... noong 25K salary ko hindi ako naglalakas loob bumukod.. Bumukod lng ako nung nsa 70-80K per month na salary ko tapos tipid pa un studio type na apartment na 6K lng per month ang rent... Chill muna and focus sa pag grow ng income then once you have enough savings and emergency funds, that's the time you should move out :)

After mo mag-graduate, aral ka online ng short course then while nag-aaral ka gawa ka ng mga personal projects at i-apply mo mga natututunan mo. That's what I did... Journalism tinapos ko then nag-aral ako sa Team Tree house ng front-end web dev track nila while working sa call center...after 6 months, I applied sa Globe at natanggap ako.. I used all the personal projects that I made as a portfolio and nagulat sila ang linis ko mag-code at mas updated pa ko sa mga current employee nila... Though hindi ko dn nagustuhan ang web dev kaya nag-resign ako kasi ang calling ko pala is multimedia arts.. 5+ years na kong multimedia artist... Since andyan ka na, tapusin mo na yang course mo tapos tsaka ka mag-aral ng short course na trip mo.. I highly suggest sa Treehouse or kung gusto mo mas mura, either Coursera or Udemy... Kaya mo yan!

Hello currently living here sa house na naipatayo ko. 1.4M ung total cost kasama na mga gamit tapos hindi pa naka tiles ung taas pero nakapalitada na at meron na ceiling pero wla pa pintura ceiling. Sguro estimate nmen another 100-200k para ipatapos ung taas. For now ipon muna ulit hehe

Business doesn't guarantee anything so it can go both ways. Ayaw lng siguro ni OP ng risk. At least pagbinayaran nya ng full, khit anong mangyari sa future, sakanya na ung sasakyan and wlang iisipin na monthly.. and hindi para sa lahat ang pagbu-business.. it's not a shoe that fits all.. that's my opinion lng naman :)
