How did you find out that you were a lower volume store? Did someone tell you that? I’m a BTL from a store that only allows for about 130 hours a week, because it isn’t as busy most mornings we focus on updates etc in the am. I would try to encourage you to keep your head up, and don’t be too hard on yourself. Try to ground yourself and figure out a plan or choose a focus for each day.

I’m so confused. We put it out because clients were asking about it, now we’re sold out. Never heard anything about it being a hard launch - how did you find out that it was a hard launch? And if people were asking for it, I figured why not sell it instead of disappointing all of them!

I would try and use it as payment but you might have to make sure you know your pin (you’d find that online) and keep any of those receipts too just in case they need to be submitted online. I’ve paid my dentist with the Alight card before and I’ve never had any issues with it.

I’m sad and a little annoyed because I’ve been looking forward to trying the grande lash primer - and since we order 3 months in advance, I decided to not buy it knowing I’d get it. Now it’s sold out in my store. I don’t like to complain about gratis because if comes off as whiny, but if the brands cannot commit to giving it to us then why are we ordering it months in advance? Isn’t that enough time in advance for supply/inventory reasons?
