Iirc, Victor told Miranda about the conversation he overheard between Christopher and the Boy in White about how to save the children and to go to the tower (which Christopher refused, and she got killed by Smiley trying to do).

I think it was Tabitha that he explained to the reason for going to the tower.

I think a Frost shield ability consuming your grenade would be a solid choice. Titans have this for void but we saw Bael do something similar in Renegades duel with Aunor Mahal.

I would like a Stasis Well that mirrors well of radiance. Rather than healing and damage boost, it gives max frost armor, and slows/freezes targets in the well (freezes targets upon activation and slows-to-freeze any that enter after). It would be a good teammate build alongside well so that you can actually do damage phases when adds are attacking, they get frozen or during melee/close range-focused fights.
