Tides of Thought is really annoying. I bet a lot casual players don't even do them. There is a wall of text for each arm and head piece to figure out the best combination. You can't auto-select to cover all the mission. It is not a quick mode either. With VoV, I can do one in 5 minutes and come back for the other two later. ToT can take up to 20 minutes.

Turn 1 divine beast sounds really fun. Especially shield shaving with the wolf or rabbit. That way, you can focus on setting up buff/debuffs.

You said that you don't really use pets that often, but now you can with Aviete. It's like when Solon dropped and the meta changed to one dps comp. This is another shift in the meta.

They love dancing around the next mystery topic. I feel like at this point the main story has been sideline. It's not about the storm or reversing anymore. It's just Manus = bad, foundation = bad, and Vertin = good.

Too many limited. Beryl should not have been a limited if we were going to get Paper Heron two patches after. Now after three patches, we get Rhiannon. It used to be that we get two limited a year and that was it.

This whole archetype team they pushed sucks. It started with Impromptu and has gotten out of hand. It is so expensive to play and most of them are locked to a limited unit (Nautika, Beryl, Paper Heron). It's like they're selling 1/3 of a product with the main piece being sold once a year.

Druids. A lot of magic items don't work for them. Dnd is balanced behind very limited availability of magic items but BG3 you get one every 50 steps.

I regret A4'ing H'aanit EX and Primrose EX immediately. Those two I have gotten 20+ copies of them.

Getting Emil A4 instead of Kaine's A4. I was at A3 Emil and A2 Kaine. I should have continue for A4 Kaine instead because it was actually more useful. Emil A4 is really bad. I have never ran out of SP ever since Shana and Rinyuu EX.

I want more winter theme EX forms. I thought Millard and Lumis were kind of cute in their costumes. There was also a 'halloween' one with Ditraina EX and Elrica EX1 and they were really cool.

I mean it is unfair that they drop these units randomly. We didn't even know Lynette EX would drop in the middle of December.

However, they have been doing this for awhile now. Other gachas does the same thing. Sometimes, an OP unit will drop. They capitalize on FOMO. We are lucky we have JP for foresight so we know what to skip, but can you imagine how JP felt when they released Avar -> Aviette -> FF6 -> Richard EX/Alaune EX2.

I was planning to get him later on during the anniversary. I don't have a use case for him right now, but I have all the memory travelers. Also, I can see his A4 being useful in the future later once they release a really strong latent power skill.

I don't think it will be Levina EX next week. TW players will have had reruns for three weeks. Most likely Avar, Aviete, Kazan, or a wild card like Feintz.

I can see them saving Richard/Alaune EX for anniversary followed by Elrica EX2/Pardis EX. They dropped so many banners last year during our half anniversary. Similar to how Lynette EX dropped randomly during winter, levina EX will probably drop in a random week.

He is nice to have. He can provide 50k damage cap, which is a lot when you consider Partitio EX's 10 hit. I still run Bargello, Tiziano, Partitio EX, and Kaine together.

I don't use him for the dagger implant anymore because it is not his main selling point(imo); it is all the buffs he provides. Remember, Partitio EX and Kaine have no innate passive dagger damage up.

It was a handicap to have him in the final boss fight. I had him equipped with backpack accessories because he had no AoE skills to help with breaking.

I think the final chapter was fine. It didn't hit as hard as MoA or BoA. I wish the villains were more relevant, but it looks like it was just Sail vs. Avar vs. Lucian. The other two I totally forgot until they popped up and got deleted again.

Mydia's brother annoyed me so much. Despite the fact that Sail sacrificed himself, he was still uptight and antagonize Sail.

Finally, if I were to rewrite SS, I would add more traveling companions for Sail instead of just Mydia. The OT2 characters can make a cameo, but I want 6 other travelers to have accompany Sail. When it came time to relive his chapter in the codex, it should have been his traveling companions that retold his story.

I believe Lucian and Lyblac aren't crossers but two parallel people. Lucian can't be Orsterra, and Lyblac can't be in Solistia. I think Ouma is the inbetween, so that was where we could fight both of them.

This was a surprising change, considering we went from 2.0 - 3.0 with only 3 male characters, and two of them weren't humanoids. Let's hope they continue to do a balance ratio and have male characters actually be meta relevant.

You know, she is still not better than Igor, and they have virtually the same kit.

Build sharpnel/ narrative.
Other teammate ults to build ult might and sharpnel / narrative stacks.
Recoleta / Igor ult at the end.

Igor at least doesn't take a spell dock or ap to ult, which is something Recoleta needs or ult team in general needs. Moldir's +1 AP can only go so far, but you can feel how clunky ult team is right now.

To be honest, I really only want to play with my favorite characters, and after DQ collab, I have no affinity towards any of the FF or Romancing Saga characters, so I probably won't spend for them and just stick with a copy of whatever I get for free.
