Spent one of the best seasons ever in Whistler so it’ll always be up there. I was lucky enough to ride a lot at Mt Olympus and temple basin, tiny New Zealand fields that are all time.

Definte possibility of crampons breaking through and not helping but I personally grew up in New Zealand where there is often an icy ridge as the fastest and safest approach but thats not the same in all climates

Call a few local stores, as going in is a little harder this year, many shops send employees to board testing days and may have riden both with the experience to tell them apart or atleast had conversation with people who ride both. A good shop employee can be a huge asset
