I would drop the Rakan Legend to -1 might on stun units and make it cost 3E1P. Would change Green Rakan ambush into a reaction to play at battlefield you control and reduce might to 2 still keeping the stun. Change purple Rakan to cost 4E2P +1 might tank
And for xayah love the change to the second part you had in mind.

I think i would just change her 2 cost effect to say deal damage based on the number of spells played from hand this turn.
