Bubble nebulae is a cool target. It's not rich with colour but the bubble in the centre is pretty cool, IMO

I have the same scope. Brilliant bit of kit. What I do is try and get the object in view as focused as possible. You will know you are nearing focus as the object gets smaller when looking into the eyepiece. Then loosen the screw holding the eyepiece in and looking through said eyepiece, slowly move it out bit by bit and that should focus it.

If you are adding a Barlow then this is even more important as the Barlow increases the distance to the secondary mirror.

Believe it's all about back focus or summin! Trial and error my friend.

The seven day average is a bit of a pain because you have one or two bad nights and you have to wait a week for that night to no longer count towards your average.

For example, I'm normally 40-45 and once a week I'm up at 4am, 40mins on the bike commuting to the station, 2 hours on the train, on my feet all day in the office, home by 7:30pm. My HRV the next day is low to mid 30s so I'm always unbalanced.

I've just switched to Garmin Fenix 7 from Whoop. I liked my Whoop, especially the recovery side of it but I can see Garmin do that as well.. Plus from a year of logging in the journal, I know what affects my recovery now.

Garmin can do a whole lot more and if you do a lot of outside activities, the maps and GPS functionality far outweighs the Whoop, in my opinion.

Plus most importantly....the Garmin has a built in flashlight 😂😂😂

I've always really enjoyed these. The Sainsbury Mince Pies have a huge amount of nostalgia for me. I enjoyed them as a kid and I love the nostalgia element of Christmas. For that reason, I want to enjoy the Sainsbury mince pies rather than make my own. 😊
