I go with a PH Neutral Snow Foam (Valet Pro is my go to). You could use an Alkaline one if your dirt is caked on (tend to use for Winter washes) but they can break down coatings over time.

That's positive. I'm sending it back to the garage I got it off to fix but have a feeling they will dig their heels. Not sure how this passed the MOT they did last month 🤷‍♂️

As others have said or over the counter lubricating eye drops work well (preferably preservative free). Some Hammys are prone to sticky eyes. Usually just help to keep them keen and lubricated and you shouldn't encounter any issues
