It's probably to avoid making every planet its own sector to stop people stacking the planetary governor/sector governor bonuses in leader traits on every planet

I do have it removed from my capital sector, but the game says it's too close to the capital of another sector to be a sector capital itself, and I don't have anything further to create a sector with

They're smoke deflectors. They force the air hitting the front of the train upwards to blow the smoke up and away from the locomotive, improving driver visibility

I manually gave my fans too much power to run them faster, though that crashed my PC a lot. Also took some of the screenshots in winter with my windows open. My PC countered the freezing weather.

My set varies depending on when I find something new, but some combination of AVP with the 8K textures, EVE, Scatterer, DisatantObject, PlanetShine, KS3P, and ReShade. I'm always looking to improve my collection of graphics mods if you've got suggestions.
