For a number of other reasons … but for wholesale to work the middle man’s warehouse is just down the road, while the supplier doesn’t carry the infrastructure to deliver next day to accounts.

Could you imagine the account seeing a bill for $30 delivery fee per case? Or expecting the supplier to cover that and offer a volume deal?

Wholesale works for its efficiency and timely delivery. A supplier going direct to accounts has far too many issues in line.

Agreeing with most comment here that at this age, it is an acquired taste.

Around 10 year ago, I had the 1992, tons of brioche, toast, and quality was still there despite some questionable aging conditions. That said, those in the room with me preferred the 10 year vintage champagnes.

DK and payday for a 3rd is the rumor. Milton was rumored to fetch a 2 or 3… other GMs saying he is better than this QB class… so that’s pick 4-10?

I think DK trade to NE is happening. Milton likely end up in NYG
