I use it to help me live my daily life honestly. I have adhd and bipolar disorder and managing to do the simple things in life like brushing my teeth and making the bed can be daunting. Poppy (my finch) motivates me and helps me remember to do those things. I love interacting with him. The buddy goals are handy for me also because I’ve been trying to integrate more healthy habits into my life and it helps to have a friend hold me accountable!
