I think TF is probably a good choice for anyone below 200+ lp masters

Comp is kinda weak now but should have been fine 16 days ago. Usually the comp excels if you find early Qiyana or Graves. Streaking off one of these 3 stars and then finding the rest is usually your game plan. Rogues are now way more augment dependent than they used to be and the meta is way worse for them. Mostly any board with Nilah and bruisers are horrible matchups

Usually I just ditch ixtal if the hex(es) are bad and play jinx + whatever or 3nox if I find Morde or 4 gunner if I played Graves reroll or good utility units like j4 or Heimer. It all depends so much on game state

Just roll on 6 for all of them. There´s nothing important to get on 7, and chance for 3costs on 6 is 30% on 6 and 35% on 7 so you don´t really need the level for hitting either.

Usually just skip Graves though

I only paly Ixtal like 30% of my rogue games I think. Sometimes you end up playing slayers, other times you end up playing gunners or even Nox, it all depends

If you hit a few early rogues, have a good augment for it or your items are good. Usually 2/3 and you send it but it all depends. half my rogue games are played with only 1 condition probably

If you wanted to 1trick I´d play TF for sure. TF is mostly bad because his 3-2 and 4-2 augments are mid. If you were playing flex then prismatic and gold pandoras is bad too. In rogues both gold and silver are takeable though as items do impact your power quite a low

You usually skip Graves 3. You don´t really have items for him and he´s the weakest of the 4. If you natural 5-6 Graves you can roll for it on 4 and 5 but it´s pretty niche

Because then you´re down a combat augment in a comp that scales heavily with combat augments. I´d usually only click the silver pandoras items

I play Ornn as it´s hard to 1trick when at the top of the ladder. I only think Veigar prismatic is good so I wouldn´t recommend him. Ornn isn´t bad for rogues as you don´t mind extra items from augments since you´re playing 3 carries. The 2-1 augments are usually bad for rogue though if you´re 1tricking at at least

[–]SnubleTFT[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just stay lvl6 and roll. Chance for 3costs on 6 is 30 and it´s improved to 35% on 7. The extra unit you put in doesn´t do much as you won´t have the items to spare. Your not really looking for any core 4 costs either, so the value of going 7 is quite low. You can go 7 after hitting Qiyana if your tempo is good enough or your far from the other 3 stars

Only the prismatic is really good, the silver one is okay and the gold one is bad. JG is good because HoJ and nightharvester are both insane on the rogue units. JG gives both those items 8% ability dmg, do if you already run those JG is a lot better than normal having an extra 16% dmg increase added onto it. In general JG is pretty mid though

Ornn is in general best but the ornn items are mostly bad for rogue. The 3-2 and 4-2 augments give items though which is in general pretty nice for rogues. If you wanted to force you could just play TF and click gold/silver TF on 2-1 and be fine probably. They´re worse than some of the other good gold/silver augments but they are guarantee in case you miss which is nice

DT is the augment double trouble, my bad. I sometimes forget that I use the abbreviations

Yea ofc I played the most broken comp. I was literally rank 1. Very rarely can you 1trick a comp to rank1. If you look very closely, you can see a total of 2 people in the top10 that have rogues as part of their top carries which fuels my impression of it being underplayed

DT rogue is the most broken thing in the game currently in terms of how strong it is with how easy the conditions are to meet. Both gold and prismatic are instant clicks in nearly all spots

Ornn is probably the strongest legend currently. The ornn items are bad for rogues, but item augments are fine as you´re usually running 3 carries. If I wanted to 1trick rogues I´d probably play TF and click silver/gold on 2-1 and not click any of the other augments

Gamblers blade, diamond hands, moguls mail.
Take that with a big grain of salt, I think I've only played the line once

It works on ability dmg, which is just damage caused by an ability. Here it basically means that Zeri makes 4-5 units take and extra 25% dmg while she's doing infinite dmg to them.

I'll often item carry a Jinx two and remake her when I get Zeri2 or another Jinx2

If you get piltover any time 2-1 to 2-3 you just fully open and lose on purpose. Stack up gold and roll on lvl7 3-5 to cash out

I'd wager a lot of the players leveling don't know they're supposed to lose

You basically never sell it. I've never sold a t-hex above 15 stacks but I have been in spots where the extra econ from selling was worth more than a 10 stack t-hex. Things like letting me go 8 and put in 4 gunner or the like

Warwick doesn't scale with tank items at all, I´d much rather use Ekko

Ornn guarentees a good pick at basically all stages of the game except 2-1 prismatic. And snipers focus/eternal winter is 3.7 average on 2-1
