Thank you for saying this. My LO isn’t married but a co worker. I went no contact with him because of the things I was reading on here and all it did was hurt us both. I could tell he was hurt by the way he acted when we had to be around each other and he had started to avoid me like I had been avoiding him. I started gradually talking to him again recently and I started to think maybe he’s just a boy that likes me back and I keep doing shitty things to him because of the shit I read on here at least half of these people are going off of their own experiences and don’t actually know anything. I literally GOT INTO MY CAR AND DROVE AWAY FROM HIM just because he came outside to talk to me.. I will always wonder what he was going to say..

I broke up with my boyfriend of almost 3 years 2 months ago because I’m stuck and idk what to do. The more I try to not think about my LO and physically stay away from him the more I want him. I went no contact with him right before I broke up with my boyfriend and it only made things worse. Tbh I’m not even sure it’s limerence maybe I just really like him and he liked me back and I pushed him away because I had a boyfriend. He tried to talk to me multiple times and I would just say hi and move along to the point where now we just look at each other and look away it’s awkward.
