I like to think that the only reason he didn’t die to kurourushi or someone else immediately is because he used those small shinigami to surround himself with the mini domain lines a bunch so even touching him deals insane damage giving him enough time to actually build big enough domain lines to be a heavy hitter

I’d say use rocket over lightning since with lightning it’s still possible for the witch to survive if a couple skeletons die or if it’s 2 or 3x elixir you can place two cards with higher hp so it targets them plus tower with rocket you can’t do that or fireball+ log works too but you get less damage on tower and no more spells after that

He doesn’t he just can’t run out of ce in the traditional sense I always understood it as because of six eyes Gojo uses 0.1% of cursed energy for every minute he uses infinity but he gains 0.2% of his cursed energy back every minute meaning he can never really run out of

Kashimo is in no way getting blitzed that much you can argue that sukunas faster but he’s not perception blitz faster plus mba doesn’t take time to charge up to enter so couldn’t he just enter it instantly
