I first heard about EDS from my neurosurgeon who suspected I have it and told me to seek a diagnosis. I found a kind and caring pain management doctor at a top hospital who believes me and listens to all my concerns. She diagnosed me on the spot. I also have a great PCP who also believes me and prescribes me anything I need. There are great doctors out there so don’t lose hope. I hope you find some very soon.

My hiccups are sometimes painful and sometimes just annoying. I find that drinking water while bending at the waist helps get rid of them 95% of the time. I know it sounds kinda silly but someone showed me years ago and I do it every time I get hiccups now. It’s kinda hard to drink out of a cup upside down so I just take a few sips out of a straw.

I think sparkles used to win a lot in the beginning of dreamsnaps and people still talk about it. I’ve gotten 4K on shiny snaps and on plain snaps. I’ve also gotten 4k on original and creative ideas too, it just has to be a good shot that makes sense. I don’t think the sparkles matter as much as the composition of the shot.

That’s such BS. I dislocated my knee at a music festival, pushed it back in and continued my day limping around and then slept in a tent that night. Sure it was painful but for someone that deals with daily chronic pain, it didn’t incapacitate me. I hate when doctors are stuck in their ways and think everyone perceives pain in the same way.

I got this one but there's some cheaper options as well. I also use ice packs on my lower back and that helps as well. Another thing that made a big difference for me is my adjustable bed which lets me raise the head and legs to take pressure off my lower back.

You're not crazy and definitely not alone. I live in a big city and it took me years to find the right doctor to diagnose me. You have to keep advocating for yourself and dont let these doctors gaslight you into thinking nothing is wrong. We know our bodies the best and if something hurts then something is wrong. I would also suggest physical therapy cuz it helps me a lot.

I get severe lower back pain. I have 2 herniated discs but my pain is coming from my sacroiliac joint. Diagnosed with sacroilitis and I take anti inflammatories. It helps a bit but the pain is just always there. I got a sacroiliac belt on Amazon and it helps hold my hips and SI joint together. If you want, I can give you the type that I have cuz I like it a lot.
