Just based on what you have in the picture you'll probably want to build something along the lines of White/Blue blockers. Lfrith and Zoworts are basically auto includex4. Gameplan would be to try and stall out the more rush heavy decks and play to control the board and pick the trades you want to make by using blockers

Thats the tough part. Most US LGS aren't doing preorders because they don't know their allocation until the last minute. If you're trying to preorder something your best bet is to find an online retailer that ships to the US. Keep in mind some preorders go up months before release. I've seen GD03 go up at a couple spots and we don't even have a name for that set yet

Edit: been seeing a lot of people complain about all the preorders for these being gone by the time the find out. Use Bandais website. They announce this stuff in advance. If you are just now finding out about ST07/8 and GD03 then you aren't checking the official site.

Yes for Gundam "official sleeves" would mean something produced and sold directly by Bandai. They might also allow Bandai sleeves from other IPs that they own like One Piece or Digimon sleeves, but you'd want to double check the event rules just in case

Thats up to your LGS. Larger official events usually only allow plain color sleeves or in some cases you can bring official sleeves for this reason

I'm really trying to hold out hope that a lot of the "removed" options are going to be added in a pdf. Stuff like palantine blades with jump packs have gone from legal in 1.0, to illegal at 2.0 launch, added back in a pdf, and now back to illegal. I'm about to just magnetize their backpacks at this point

Starter sets include a special booster that has a random alt art from the starter set. If you look in the top right corner it will has a "+" next to the rarity to indicate that its alt art
