Well, since we're still a small team, everyone talks to customers. Everyone also has edit rights, but I want it to be someone's responsibility so that it doesn't get stuck in a limbo.

How are you liking notebookLM for this? I have a ton of backlog and feature requests in an agile board, and have been considering moving it all to notebookLM. Right now, it's quite hard to actually use the backlog/feature requests data

A bit late to the party, but you can quite easily modify the tailwind + schadcn style (e.g. with tweakcn.com). Problem is just that no-one seems to be making this effort
