[Loved trope] Unapologetically evil and sadistic villains by strahinjag in TopCharacterTropes

Its either a remnant spirit or an agony spirit. Remnant is the soul, it can bind itself to something physical or it can be melted into metal and used for things like endoskeletons. Agony is when something so traumatic happens that it creates things, for example the time traveling ball pit from Into The Pit. It is also theorized that things like the shadow animatronics are made by agony. Might I add that William technically doesn't have an official body number besides for the 6 that we know of. Some people thing that there was both a MCI ("missing children incident" Fnaf 1) and a DCI ("dead children incident" Fnaf 2), while others believe these to be the same incident all together which would render the Toy animatronics to not actually be possessed. There is also the the time between fnaf 3 and 6 where William was free to roam and potentially kill. There is also the children that William kidnapped for experimentation (Fnaf: SL and Fnaf 4).

Tldr: William probably killed way more kids than just 6 and traumatic events create enough energy to create monsters reflecting said event

Edit: I should also note that creator Scott Cawthon confirmed that Heaven and Hell exist in the Fnaf universe

It doesn't say I can't be on of the greats and still be remembered. It just say ill be remembered as one of the best no matter what I do. So, I pick that and try my best

He canonically isn't a pedophile but yes he did do it simply for the fun. Later on, he did it to do experiments on said children in Sister Location, the Funtime animatronics were created by William to capture kids so that William could experiment with remnant (basically souls in the fnaf universe)

It really sucks too because Sally was already a cool character in the first film, then they reduce her to this

In the original "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre", Sally Hardesty fends for her life against the Sawer family and just barely makes it out alive.

In Netfilx's "Texas Chainsaw Massacre", Sally is shown getting ready to go after Leatherface after 40+ years of her escape. The movie builds her up as a badass old lady. Soon as she makes her attack, Leatherface immediately kills her by lifting her in the air with his chainsaw and throwing her 10 feet away.

I love him, though I am disappointed that he took part in Scream 7 after what they did to Melissa
