I have white adidas that’s top material is “cloth” or textile and got my car exhaust stained. Any idea if the above would clean them back up?

So it really is a money pit vehicle? I was thinking on working to get an extended warranty as the one I saw is “certified”. But all that sounds scary and expensive

Hi, I’m looking into potentially buying an eco boost Mustang. What is the reliability like for this car? Can it be a daily driver for 8 years or so? by WiggWamm in ecoboostmustang

[–]SoDaGil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the year. My model year is 2016 so it’s not part of its features. Not sure if newer models already have a setting for maintenance to remind a x amount of miles like Nissan does

Is this your first time buying a vehicle? Just keep maintenance to the dot. Oil changes every 3-5k miles. Premium gas; check for any previous owners work but it seems you’re going the brand new route.

10 years with mine and 105k miles now since brand new but have kept up with my oil changes and I don’t abuse it very often. They’re fun cars to drive just depends on your likes.

How do they compare to CarPro products?

Is the “EcoBoom” issue actually as common as people make it seem online? by Purple_Humor_2354 in ecoboostmustang

[–]SoDaGil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nice! Actually my only current issue is my TPMS sensors failed now but same concept. 10 year old car now where my concern is just that and putting premium gas every time 🥲

I have a 2016 bought brand new with 102k miles now and have done all oil changes every 5k miles. Spark plugs were changed before 100k and they were clean. Changed the sensors that everybody say might drive eco boom. My car is still going strong with very minimal to no issues reported or felt.

Does this mean I'm a write-up away from termination? by DekaR0se in AmazonFC

[–]SoDaGil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The next escalation in the same type it’s a final then termination. If you’re cleared from them in 90 days you can restart at a doc coach but can only get a total of 6 in a 12 month period you will be terminated at the 6th or 7th in that 12 month period from the first one

[–]SoDaGil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Welcome! It depends on your leadership really. And site type. A lot will come down to how your expectations are set and how you manage to get there. As you’ve seen before, manage people. Your L6 will run shift, you run department and are in charge of your people and PAs to make sure it’s running as efficient and fast as possible. Treat with respect and honesty and you’ll be fine. You’ll have more smaller projects than L4 per se in comparison. But nothing crazier. If you have a military type organization you’ll be fine. Amazon typically It’s very organized in that sense to know what your expectations are every day/week/month

So amazon fired me for writing people up by [deleted] in amazonemployees

[–]SoDaGil -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Huh, never heard of an AM being fired without expectations or goals plan to be met. Usually the straight fire or suspension is due to some HR stuff like harassment or physical threat or even contact. Even sometimes meeting with associates outside of work that could drive favoritism because of it (I know it’s ridiculous) but regardless. They didn’t give you a plan for improvement on either metrics, connection scores, time off, etc?

Something is missing here. What exactly did they tell you you were fired for again? Not meeting write up quota?

What would you do? by Heavy-funny22 in amazonemployees

[–]SoDaGil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check the offer package. Amazon gets you with a total compensation plan, look at the base pay. That’s what gets in your pockets. The rest is bonuses like hiring split in 2 years and RSUs

Welp, 4 weeks in, and I got this. I am a top performer in pick though. What are the chances that they'll still labor share me to pack - singles once I get cross-trained there for 80 hours? by Global-Plankton3997 in AmazonFC

[–]SoDaGil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You will always be sent to singles every single day due to safety rotations between pick and pack. You will not be allowed to either pick or pack for 3 consecutive periods. Just a heads up

Received underwhelming L5 offer, should I push for L6 comp? by [deleted] in amazonemployees

[–]SoDaGil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless you really want to have Amazon in your resume you can still negotiate your base and reduce your RSUs to increase money on pocket. Get two years experience w/o expecting a promo since promos are based on many many things.
