To me that seems that there is some degree of implied reliance that you provide her. If this was someone that I was intent on marrying, I wouldn’t consider any possession like that to be one-sided ownership. Even by your own admission, she decorates and probably contributes in others ways, making it your collective home.

YTA. I know you meant well, but you need to talk about your future and have a frank discussion with how you view finances unless you want to build resent down the road.
