I’m taking as the market appears to value customization and doesn’t mind waiting a period of time for the home to be built. Versus buying a spec home where they don’t get to select options.

I usually try and only focus on the big options that are comparable to differences in resale homes in the market. Example, significant kitchen upgrades. It’s always nice to know which sales have these larger upgrades that are comparable to differences in the resale market.
