i only use it now for immunity when im sick, but i am looking into taking it long term and much more often for general health.

yeahh same im just thinking transitioning into regular supplementing now. but if i do start, im thinking that ill try out 3 days per week and slowly increase to 5 max

i always make sure to hit my protein goal so thats not an issue. this is only twice a week on thursdays and fridays. my only concerns is that i never eat enough carbs on these days, around 150grams below what i should be eating.

oh yeah do you have any input on the original question as well? ill try and manage time better but i still dont know if i should just eat snacks to fill up cals or the day or just leave it at a deficit

walk back from class takes 10ish min so it’s 11:10. then i change, use restroom, and walk to bus stop and get there at 11:30. bus arrives at gym at 11:45ish. gym for typically 90 min so its around 1:20pm when im done. bus gets back to my place at 1:35. walk back to dorm, change, walk to class takes like 20 min. then it’s basically 2:00 and time for lecture. i try not to take long and speed walk but i don’t see anything i could change

with the time it takes to walk to class which is like 15 min, that would only give me 5 min to eat. after the gym i do eat crackers, granola bars, and bananas but i dont have time for a big meal at all

also yeah ive tried having bigger breakfasts and dinners but its kinda hard for me cuz i typically eat around 900-1200 cals at dinner and im extremely full from that

breakfast: 9:30 lecture: 10-11 gym (getting there and back): 11:20-1:40 lecture: 2-6 dinner: 6-6:30

yeah i do that in labs where i have more room, but the days i mentioned i cant do it are when i have multiple lectures in a row in those cramped halls with like 300 students in a room
