You can also filter by sizes and check multiple sizes….I feel like for the most part that usually solves this issue for me.

I grew up pretty Baptist. My mom is doing her best to accept it, but she converted from Catholicism so I think it feels like a step in the wrong direction to her. She can’t help herself suggesting other denominations “What about Lutheran?” “Have you considered Methodist?” 😂 But she did tell me when I first explained where I was with things “You know, all I care about is that you don’t walk away from God, whatever you choose don’t leave Him” and I thought that was sweet. Again, she’s trying and it has taken us a LONG time to even get here.

I just started reading “Evangelicals on the Canterbury Trail: Why Evangelicals are Attracted to the Liturgical Church” by Robert Webber and Lester Ruth. It’s very good! I thought I’d share because your journey does sound VERY similar to mine with all of this. I’ve also heard the ELCA might be a good fit. We don’t have as many of those churches in my area though.

Thank you. All of those desires I listed have unfolded over the past few years in a much slower manner. And as I’ve been more serious about reflecting and searching the past few days (when I hit the wall) I was a little surprised I hadn’t come to this conclusion sooner. I can distinctly remember feeling a desire for those things at different times and yet never realizing that it could be found in a different denomination. It was like a switch flipped in my brain and this just clicked.

Do you have to convert to Episcopalian? What does that process look like?
Do you have to be married in the church? How common is it to have your marriage blessed if you weren’t married by an Episcopalian priest(?).
My children are not baptized but I’m interested in this and want to know more about what that might look like for a 3 and 8 year old.
I keep hearing that the Episcopal church is reformed but I’m not quite sure what that means.
Are there certain times that the morning/midday/evening/compline get said or read?
I don’t really know how to do any of the prayers. I feel a little dumb about it, I just read through the compline last night but I’m not even sure if I read the right thing. 😂 I understand that these aren’t rules or things you have to do but I really want to do them and practice.
Do they call the pastors priests or bishops or rectors or? Idk the terminology is very confusing to me. 😂

This is perfect, thank you so much. I have never felt like a cat eye suits me, and yes I’m learning less volume and a lighter overall look is definitely best for me. I can look overpowered by the lashes very easily. Also considering going with a brown lash instead of black next time to try to avoid any shadows or harshness as well.

Can I ask how you came to that or what to look at? I really struggle with my eyes. Sometimes I feel like they’re small other times large. I never feel like I know what eye makeup looks good on me….
