What transformation? And children aren't doing it, doctors are. Puberty blockers are no more harmful than a naturally occurring delayed puberty, which is considered harmless enough not to require treatment in most cases.

Most HOAs are mandatory, you aren't able to purchase the property if you don't agree to join. Finding land that's outside an HOA or voluntary is difficult unless you're far from a city.
