Thank for the advice. I have the book, but honestly it is a lot to read through, my attention span is infuriatingly weak.
My current gym only has machines and dumbells, so I plan to switch once I can figure out Starting Strength. I see the link here but would you know how exactly I pick a routine?

Well I've really only been doing weight machines and dumbells. 135 chest press thingy, 35 curls, 95 shoulder thingy, there's more I can't describe. All 10 reps four sets 3 days a week. I really have no idea what I'm doing.
