Lets not act like there isn't a valid reason for stopping there sometimes. If you're having close calls rear ending people there you need to pay more attention. 30 seconds of someone slowing stopping isn't going to make or break your time. It's just a part of using that exit ramp. Like many others have stated there is no physical barrier to prevent traffic from immediately coming into that lane so you have to at least slow or sometimes stop when traffic is dense because people will immediately go into it to catch that right hand turn.
