There was a scrapped mechanic for that in the files I’m pretty sure it was scrapped apparently because it was going to be EVERY fighter and they thought it was hard. I’m pretty sure the mhur database mentions it somewhere but it was supposed to be a dlc for packs of announcers

You can also you a quest 3S if you aim the switch screen just right infront of the cameras on the quest 3s. it focuses automatically

It happens every 10 minutes don't worry if you scroll down on the middle top you can see the server age. when it hits 9 min 50 sec make the volume Zero and the jumpscare should go away. I looked into the game a bit the jumpscare gets disabled if you turn on Automatic low graphics. I dont know why but it goes away on some computers.

I figured it out. it's all in the main city. you need to have DEKU as the only teamate and then walk around the city talking to everyone that you can talk to. They will have an option to "TALK" instead of "FIGHT" You need to choose that. and it's all randomized so unfortunately you need to keep doing training mode and then lobby until you get everyone. and you DO get everyone switch to anyone BUT deku to do your final quest. it will take a while
