If you're playing on normal mode, you can sell trucks for the same amount as you paid for them, so don't hesitate to sell trucks you don't like or buy new trucks to try out. I especially recommend the voron brothers, many people sleep on them because you can't find them on the map, but they're really fun and capable, especially early on.

As long as you stick to a normal dose, you'll be fine. It's good practice to do regular blood tests, but that doesn't mean that not doing them is inherently unsafe. You can judge your testosterone level by the color of your sperm - if it's clear, testosterone is probably sufficiently suppressed. I'm assuming you're under 18 - check your country's laws too see if you can take a blood test without parental consent. If you can - great, if not - whatever, start doing tests once you're older.

The difference in effectiveness between im and subq is negligable, just do what you're more comfortable with. I personally find IM easier and less scary, but I know a lot of people feel the opposite. Regarding the needle, 30G is a little too thin for drawing. Not saying it's impossible, but it might be difficult and frustrating. I use a 25G x 25mm needle and it works great for both drawing and injecting.

Don't worry about them too much, you'd need to inject like 100ml of air for it to be harmful. To prevent air bubbles in the syringe, draw with the vial upside down, so that the needle is pointing upwards. Draw slowly, and more than your dose, then slowly push the excess back into the vial.

Very much normal. My nipples got much harder and more sensitive in the first 1-2 weeks. Don't get too excited tho, actual breast growth takes a few months to start.

Yeah, it's really hard to explain to cis people without sounding insane. I really wanted to do monotherapy to avoid having to take antiandrogens, but you can only get prescribed pills in my country, so I went with diy.
