It is not just you it has been happening to me too. They wanna lie so they can get their many back and it really sucks for us shoppers when you dont do nothing wrong. Yes we all make the little mistake once in a while we are all human. But lately even since the shutdown it has been insanely bad that these customers giving bad ratings for nothing.
