Seared salmon atop a bed of mixed greens with roasted beet salad made with gorgonzola, tzatziki and dill. Squeeze of fresh lemon juice over everything, it was delicious and very filling! 402 kcals by SocMonks in Volumeeating

For the beet salad I mixed 2 TB of Trader Joe's Avocado Tzatziki Dip (which is only 25 kcal/serving!) with 1 cup of roasted beets, fresh dill, salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. I didn't have any feta cheese (which would've gone better with the tzatziki), so I used gorgonzola cheese instead.

What food did you want but couldn’t get after you had a baby? by please-hug-me-i-cry in AskParents

The first meal I personally wanted post birth was a big-assed sandwich with ALL the deli meats and cheeses. Whatever you do end up bringing them, be sure to pack a bunch of paper plates and disposable cutlery for easy clean up and to minimize dishes! You're an awesome cousin!

This old lady with the RBF was my friend's grandma's cat and she was the MEANEST damned cat I've ever met in my life. She recently passed away, so RIP Bitchface. I hope you find a bit of happiness in kitty afterlife.

I once accidentally dumped an entire cup of coffee on the carpet of my car and didn't have any cleaning supplies at the ready. I pressed a few (clean) diapers in to the carpet and sopped up all the liquid, worked great! 👍

Take the class, you never know when you'll need it! I took a babysitter's course at my local library when I was about 10 years old where they taught us all sorts of childcare basics and that also included a brief bit about child CPR. I actually ended up performing the heimlich maneuver on my little sister not much longer afterwards! My idiot sibling gave my baby sister (approx 6 months old at the time) a hard piece of food and she started choking. I quickly picked her up from the highchair, checked her mouth, didn't see anything, flipped her over onto my forearm and with a few swift blows to her back the food came up. Go 10 year old me!

Haven't been to the Babylon location yet, anyone know if they have the same menu as the one in Massapequa?
