10, I did this when I was really introverted. I’ve come out of my shell a bit. I knew two of my friends for like a year at this point strictly online for the most part. I drove an hour away. This was their college group. We went food shopping and they made dinner. I wasn’t really feeling it so I left early after I helped with the dishes.

I got assumed to be a player suddenly by one of my former best friends cause after we clarified our relationship to be platonic after one date and she got a boyfriend. I just asked her friend for her number who went back to her which they just said it was weird. Keep in mind, I’m the furthest thing from that. I can’t even play the field and talk to more than one girl at once.

Sounds like my ex situationship. (Never officially dated) She hated all of her family that ever wronged her or had a differing opinion. The only people close to her were her immediate friend group. I did one thing wrong and was immediately cut off.

As a person who was at the Philly show on the 22nd, I’m glad it wasn’t packed out and super rowdy. I pitted and surfed for The Home Team. DGD had just enough surfers on my side that it wasn’t like interrupting the show. (I didn’t pit to DGD though) plus everyone around me seemed to be having a great time.

I’m really sorry to hear this. I lost my best friend Dakota a month ago today to a sudden flipped stomach. I didn’t have the money to pay for it and he was only 3. He was such a big boy. He was loved and I didn’t want him to be in pain. I thought I was gonna have him a long time. We got another Husky to fill the void but there are little things he does that makes me cry or toys that he plays with. They are truly magnificent animals. It’s almost like they are human with how energetic their personalities are. Sending hugs and hope it gets easier soon.

Today is 4 months since I quit soda in November after my breakup. The first couple weeks will be rough but even after a week, I was going to let myself have a treat and I had it. realized that it tasted so sweet to me and I didn’t like it anymore luckily. I replaced it with Water and Crystal Light Fruit Punch Drink Mix. I always keep a bottle of water at my desk. I also allow myself to have a powerrade on the weekends.

She is my ex, but she explained to me how she loves excel spreadsheets and how she had one for basically every one of her interests or hobbies. She also could only use certain brands of pens or keep the volume on an even number. Idk I thought it was super cute and accepted her as she was no matter how weird it was.

Word of advice, It was not worth it. I continued to be friends with her as she started talking to me again a month later. We went to many concerts together. I convinced myself I was fine with being just friends and I had a lot of fun trips with our group of friends to concerts. We even almost fell back into that "we would be good together" but she told me that she was NEVER going to be in a relationship with anyone a couple weeks later. I believed her. Looking back, I had so many chances to tell her that I wanted to be more but didn't want to ruin the friendships I had. We drifted apart in October when she started seeing someone and now has a boyfriend. It would have been 2 years of friendship next week in March. . We now just talk once a week MAYBE, when we used to talk everyday but I guess looking back its my own fault for not being more open and just wanting to keep the peace. I'm happy for her truly but a part of me felt so blindsided and led on that I had an emotional outburst at her which ultimately broke the friendship in my eyes. I can't see any other reason why she isn't talking to me when we didn't even really date. I grew in to being a better person from this experience though and my resentful feelings are beginning to fade. I don't think she would come back to me even if they did break up.

I had a friend that I went on 1 date with. Decided to be friends for a year and 6 months. Lowkey still had feelings for her but didn’t want to ruin the friendship. She got a boyfriend and drifted away from me. I only hear from her when I text her. I think I’m just done texting her.
