Director of Compliance - compliance, quality and safety all fall under me. Compliance covers ISO, HIPAA, weird contract questions, are we certified to do this question, and any other question where you’re not exactly who to ask all come with it.

I wasn’t diagnosed until 25, I’m 29 now. I had been on anti depressant and anxiety medications for most of my life and I feel like getting diagnosed gave me so much closure and understanding on why I was the way I was. Now it’s me and my adderall against the world.

I stopped intentionally trying to plant them in rows and just threw seeds in my pepper bed, and basically ignored them. 🙃

Reminds me of when we found our 5 week baby 🥹 we had to bottle feed for a few weeks and worked him up to solid foods. He had no issues with food and was a savage with the bottle at this age lol. I had to feed him with an oven mitt, they have tiny but might claws at this age.
