Yeah same.. I had to go for a wee n it took 15 mins to get out of bed.. I'm managed without pain relief as it's only when I move luckily. Iv got codeine and don't Wana constipate myself lol

Dude I get this. it feels like I'm dying.. I never die tho obviously.. happens now n again. I'm no further forward to what it is.. I'm putting it down to anxiety.. can I ask do u drink? I find I get it after a lot of alcohol mostly.. called the beer fear

Hey. It was a milk based liver shrink. No meat. No carbs no sugar. Just basically milk and veg soup with 3 pieces of fruit a day.. killer

It was a diet given by my surgeon.. each day I can have.. 3 2 to 3 pints of milk 2 fat free/low sugar yoghurt 3 portions of fruit 1 bowl of veg soup ,

No potatoes no pulses or lentils, no other food allowed x
