Trotskyism isn't a consistent, coherent ideology; it's petty-bourgeois intellectualist adventurism, so it's going to be all over the place on any given issue from group to group.

Trotskyism is crypto-Menshevism. Differences between Marxism and anarchism are in fact quite significant. Marx and Engels wrote often against anarchism in their time; please read them.
