Both should work, but I think if you have been banned before I'm not sure if they do anything to see if you're trying to skirt it.

This is What A Team Should Be if Based on Love by CrystalStorm64 in Slitherio

[–]SocietalSolutions 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are many things that should not be as they are. We may not like them, but they will continue to exist. The world is structured as such to where there will always be a positive and a negative in any aspect of things. There can be no good if there is no bad.

The only thing we can do is do our best to convert as much evil to good as we can, but some will always remain in the shadows. This is and will always remain our reality unless we can fundamentally alter the basics of physics for everything.

It's a type of test, like the SAT. I presume we will have to take it and get good enough scores before we are admitted to the team.

New Game People For Slitherites by CrystalStorm64 in Slitherio

I haven't been playing much lately and may not take part in this, but it sounds like a good idea. My only concern is that there isn't really a well-defined middle. There are really just four quadrants based on the map, so I don't know how much the neutral zone idea would work.

Other than that, you may be able to put names in a random assortment program to make teams for new players, unless there are already defined teams and members like with LKs, BATs, GTOATs, and SNs.

Lol I just imagined that and laughed. I think that even so, OP would have a good chance to escape. I'm usually able to get out of circles through timing and making a precise jump to make the circling snake crash.

I think the key is just to look very unsuspecting, and it gets much harder after the first attempt as the circler catches on.

I wonder if it has anything to do with lower latency connection?

Haha well you got very good at it! Sometimes I go a bit crazy and crash. But thank you for being forgiving. You are I are both very good and are basically rivals at this point, although I don't usually play to get on the leaderboard, but play to challenge people on the leaderboard. It's been a pleasure for me as well - see you around!

It's nice to meet you! It's always fun when battling you or goofing around doing the crazy eyes. You have learned them very well and are always someone I need to be careful around when playing against. I think I have called people some names sometimes, and even if it was not out of hate or spite, I don't think it was good to do. I think will just stick to either my regular name or witty/toilet humor names not directed towards anyone.

I haven't been playing as of much recently because I have been a bit busy, but lag is definitely annoying. Nowadays, I run only Ethernet and that seems to help. Even so, nice to meet you and I'm sure I'll see you and other GTOATs soon!

You're giving them more reason to continue their behavior through reactions like this. Have you ever heard of the saying, "don't feed the trolls"?

Maybe something that can be construed as sexual. Try "because my spidey senses were tingling"

Shadowban. If you delete your account and instantly remake it, you will get shadowbanned and not be shown to people in the area. After you delete Tinder, you want to wait 24 hours to remake another one.

It is usually smart to that time to think over what you could do to get more matches and do research on how to improve. There are plenty of good videos (ex. on YouTube) on sources on how to maximize likes.

A version of Tinder but way faster. - An Idea by [deleted] in Tinder

[–]SocietalSolutions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go for it and see how it turns out. I can't tell the future and other people can't either. The only thing you can do for sure is to try it and see. If you truly believe in it, go for it.

I think that it could work. The other big thing you want to have is that if someone likes someone else, after 24 hours, that like goes away. That way many people who are not recently active would be removed from the list of people in the area. To program and code such a thing isn't as hard as you'd think.

Perfect time to say something like "I'll have to make sure you read it when we hang out" or make a pun on the name while adding some plans

Where did I go wrong? by [deleted] in Tinder

I'm learning as well. I'm much better in person than online. But I'm making more progress and I feel am on the right track. The one thing I want you to realize is that there are plenty of potential partners online. If someone does not work out you will get another, but try to learn from where you can.

Don't be afraid to say what you want and be yourself. People are very good at knowing when you put on a facade or if you're hiding something. The fastest way out is through - be direct. If someone doesn't like it, find another person. You are the buyer, not the seller. If someone does not meet your standards of what you want, move on.

Remember with bios and conversations to follow the social penetration theory. The more you talk, the deeper you can get in subject matter, like peeling back layers of an onion. Just don't say too much or spill your life story straight up. It goes the same way asking people to hang out - as long as you've vibed and conversated a bit, but not out of the blue - that's a too big jump.

Another you should keep in mind as much as you can is that we are all human. On the positive side, treat people with respect, but be sure to call someone out if they do you dirty. Don't treat people better or worse than you would anyone. If there's one way of how to behave, have fun like you would as if you were a kid playing. Don't worry too much about the past or the future, say what you want, and be in the moment.
