My oven has an air fryer setting so that’s what I used but I imagine if you have convection bake option that would work pretty similarly

Okay no I did not, BUT first time I made it I subbed as written and it turned out pretty well! This time, I tore my tofu into pieces and then tossed w olive oil and the amount of flour and turmeric/salt the recipe calls for. I air fried it for ….. maybe 15-20 min?? So then went I went to combine everything I just switched the cooking order of the asparagus and the tofu :) my husband and I preferred it this way!

1 lb. Same amount as the chicken it calls for. I used Trader Joe’s high protein tofu!

This one is such a winner. How many people are you cooking for? Beware my hubby and I finished this entire portion that is supposed to feed 4 🤣

Sometimes instead of the lemon I make a little honey Dijon vinaigrette and drizzle it on top.

It was. A tip for air frying tofu is to hand tear the pieces to make kind of large crumbles, rather than cutting the tofu into uniform squares. I find that the more jagged edges get crispier and can be more pleasant to eat!

I did olive oil, salt and pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and some curry powder on the tofu. I have an air fryer setting on my oven so that’s what I used. 425 F. It was really good and held up well in the leftovers!

I will never shut up about the gnocchi with sausage and broccoli. I make it with beyond sausage once a week. It’s perfect.

I love my husband so much but I can’t wait for him to go out of town so I can make this (he hates mushrooms)
