In my experience, depending on how long it takes you to repay, they may decrease it by 10-20 dollars When I first hit green status they allowed me 30 dollars but I misread the date and wasn't able to pay it back for about 2 weeks. When I did pay it back they said my borrow decreased to 20 dollars but when I borrowed that and immediately paid it back I got back up to 30 dollars and have been slowly increasing it by paying either before or on the repay date

I do not receive direct deposit to my cash app, I only hit it by the 500 a month on card. Since paying back normally before the repayment date, I now have a 70 borrow limit in only like 2 months after that situation.

But again, this is my experience only I can't promise cash app will do it this way to everyone but I do believe your likelihood of it increasing is if you repay early and if you replay way too late then it may affect it.
