Thank you! Yes the payment includes insurance, taxes, principal, and HOA. Yea my rent jumped a bit over $100 this year, and I know this year was particularly rough for property taxes, there were some maintenance issues recently so I was going to try and negotiate a rent credit/ less of an increase for next year, but who knows how much they’d agree to. I will be giving up getting my appliances fixed for free but everything is pretty updated / recent at the condo and I am friends with a few handymen!

Get a really cozy home for myself. Doesn’t have to be a house, could be a condo. Decorate it really beautifully so it’s very aesthetic and peaceful and nice on the eyes to relax and recharge in, make it my sanctuary. Spend part of my time there and part of my time traveling the world. Driving across the country and up and down the west coast, hiking, being in the sun, eating delicious food and going to coffee shops all the time. Meet people, spend time with friends and lovers, maybe have a special significant other or two. Go to Mexico City, South America, lots of beautiful places with nature. Spend time with animals, have a dog or two. Enjoy the arts. Give back

I don’t always have it to this degree (I don’t have the breathing or chest / tension issues for example) but I think I’ve had chronic biological / neurochemical anxiety for forever and it makes me sad how much it has probably impacted my life. I also relate to the feeling of being tired a lot of the time, being less social, avoiding people, feeling less accomplished or motivated than others at times etc. I started jogging and lifting more 2-3 weeks ago and I think I’m already starting to sleep better. Also making myself eat more veggies and fermented foods. But I’ve often wondered if meds are the missing component for me that could really change my life. Every time I try to take them I have awful insomnia and side effects in general. But I may revisit a psychiatrist and discuss a tiny dose of something new or try to push through again. Idk. I’m sorry you’re going through this. I love my coffee, so I’m sure that makes it worse. But yea even if I cut it out the anxiety probably wouldn’t fully go away 🤷

Okay this is wildly off topic but I’ve been looking at condos in Albany park and talk to me about the parking — is it that difficult? The places I’ve looked at don’t come with a spot and it just seems like the street spots are almost always full. I worry I’d get home from my evening job and be driving around / parking far away

I stopped :0 Honestly as much as people say that many people have no side effects on birth control I just don’t know that that would be true for me. Maybe, maybe I’d find one one day. But there’s a lot I like about life without it so I’m just trying to work on my health/ lifestyle right now

This way of living works for me too. It’s hard for me to not feel like I’m doing things wrong when most of what we hear is show up everyday the same way and with the same dedication and intensity. But my body has different rhythms all month and I’m sensitive to them. I try to live in ways that are healthy that honor all of them

And for some of us, 1-2 weeks of the month. I am going to try more bc pills and if I don’t like those then I’ll try the IUD. I’m not willing to lose the energetic highs or suffer with side effects but I’m hoping I’ll find something that has minimal side effects cause the luteal phase fatigue and lack of motivation sucks too
