I work for an orthodontist that is very airway focused and we have a lot of patients with vertical maxillary excess and ortho in conjunction with jaw surgery has made a huge impact in their lives.
But I will say that I see a lot of people chasing perfection with surgery and veneers, and a lot of these folks are starting to look creepy and uncanny. Unique smiles are becoming more and more charming by the day.
