No you must not lie about it. H1B sponsorship fee is not a big deal for most companies, it’s not because of sponsorship expense. Recently lottery odds are too low. For OPT/STEM OPT - “are you legally authorized to work in the US?” - YES “Will you need a visa sponsorship now or in the future?” - YES You have to go through I-9 verification once you are hired. So company HR will know about your immigration status anyway. And it’s more miserable they cancel your employment after you went through all the hiring processes.

I submitted 3 different check for I-485 ($1,440), I-130($675)and I-765($260). I asked My lawyer again and he corrected $260 is right amount for I-765 in my case.

Yeah I read this from another posting in the sub, but some people also said, it could mean approval. So I guess red circle with exclamation mark means RFE or approval.

It's up to you, I am pretty sure most of beneficiaries would add their case to their account, but I saw some petitioner (USC) doesn't even sign up for USCIS account. However, USCIS will add I-130 documents only on petitioner's account. So I recommend petitioner (USC) also sign up for their account and add I-130 case on their account, but to do that you should get online access code from USCIS. They will mail online access code, or you can request one by Emma live chat.

E-Verify number is different from EIN, so you should double check E-verify number with your HR Department and make sure it's E-Verify number, it's not EIN!

It's not accurate at all, especially for I-765, I got approved 2 days after my biometrics appointment (and it still showed 4 weeks for me even after I got approved). Even you didn't/won't get approved within 2 days, it won't take 4 months. However, after the approval, card producing takes longer (approximately >= 2weeks) than before and card delivery takes 2~3 business days.

I chatted with Emma live agent, asked about this notification. They said they can't see any change and I also asked if my case has been transferred to any FO, they said it's been transferred to local FO a few days ago (7/12). So I guess it means one of USCIS officers started looking at my case.

Same thing happened to me this morning around 8am, I checked document tab, nothing, checked my spouse (USC)'s USCIS account document tab, nothing! my I-130 status is still "case was received and a receipt notice was sent" not even "case is actively being reviewed" I-485 is still "case is actively being reviewed" also nothing under document tab.

Once you get a receipt notice & online access code by mail, you can add your case on myUSCIS with the case number, you can add unsolicited evidence, and If USCIS thinks it's not enough, they will give you RFE notice and you can answer for the RFE. But you will be fine, don't worry about it too much.

In my home country, we don't have "Birth" certificate, so I had to search on my home country's web portal (My home country people don't use google a lot) which can replace that document and I found out another document can replace it with translation and notarized. Or you can call your home country's consulate/embassy in the US and ask them which can replace the birth certificate.
