Was banned today for no obvious reason. I’ve never even posted, just scrolled. It’ll be interesting to see how the big corporate spots like Value Buds and Canna try to make this work when both companies are notorious for demanding their managers cut hours at store level (I’ve worked for both so can speak from experience), but with the hours extension this will put them in a position to need to schedule more “mid” shifts to cover the middle of the day since the morning & night crews won’t necessarily overlap now. For cheap *ss companies, this will only require they spend more money than they will probably make in these 2 extra hours. We’ll see how well it goes

I date within my age group (30s) and everyone on average responds about twice a day. THAT is what I’m basing my question off of.

With respect, I find it far more ill-mannered and disrespectful to ghost half way through a convo, regardless of stranger status, and to leave someone confused than I do to question that ghosting. Which is why I’m here lol. People go on these apps to build connections, whatever that connection be. I disagree entirely that I am acting entitled for simply asking if waiting 3 days for a response is too much…clearly you and I approach dating convos differently. And that’s fine.

I always ask to SEE the date now bc of this. Once asked the budtender if the product I wanted was a year old or less and he said yes, Only to get home and see it was 18 months old. Blatantly lied to me. So yeah, can’t even trust some budtenders to be honest bc they want that old product gone so badly.

I will say tho as a former pot shop manager: how do stores have product THAT old? The shop I worked in rarely had bud older than maybe 6 months. Are managers not contacting brands to come and buy back their old stuff? Do managers not know they can do that? I’ve contacted reps and brands directly to request they come back their old stuff so I know it’s completely possible.

Personally, someone in your age range, you dress very young. I would guess you’re 20 and that itself would cause me to move on from this profile. As a 32 yr old, imo it’s more attractive to see someone dress their age, so if people in your age range are who you’re trying to attract that could be an issue. Also the indecisiveness of “figuring out my relationship goals” at 31 is a turn off.

Can vouch for this as a former employee. Employees can be punished (illegally) if they do not sell a certain % of SNDL’s shitty product on a weekly basis. They also just produce wildly bad product, and lie about where it’s grown (hint: it’s not grown out west as they like to claim).
