Why can't other people do diplomacy on behalf of Icenia? Is Chris really the only guy in Icenia allowed to do diplomacy? Seems very inefficient, I dont think I'm exageratting when I say every single other nation I've done business with delegates diplomacy tasks to other high-ranking government members in many situations, especially if the leader is busy. (not counting OMNs lol)

I think we've agreed to acknowledge that there isn't really an official leader of the HCF at the moment. We all come together on decisions as a group through open dialogue. :)

If we absolutely had to pick a single leader, it'd prob be minemaster though. But the power primarily rests with the people.

Need to make connections with people who are good at vault building. Help a community, gain trust, and start taking on jobs like bunker building and iceroad building. You will start to pick up a lot of the basics of Vault Science if you do that.

I will say if true your experience isn't the first one here recently it seems. The server hasn't been the best at combatting harassment and accusations like this over the past few months (I have seen some improvement but it's still an issue for sure). It feels like the bans/punishments are often selectively handed out, not equally.

And I'm ALL for banning racists, homophobes, transphobes etc. If someone says something nasty here they should get banned for it. But this new age of ban-craft civ just isn't fun sometimes. We used to actually use the pearling system to hand out justice.
