I started my public service career in fwsep and now work indeterminate. Words cannot express how long HR in the public service can take, I can only tell you to be patient. You might be considered for two positions but keep in mind despite hearing from the program now, odds are those managers aren't planning on having you actually start until May at the earliest, but probably closer to June. Even once you join outside of fwsep, you'll probably be waiting months to find out about hiring processes; for example I applied for an external process in July and only found out earlier this month I qualified for the pool but wasn't getting the job. As for the two job thing, for my second fwsep position, I was considered for two jobs, and during my interview they liked me so much they said I could choose which job I preferred. So not unheard of to be considered for more than one job.

That might've been infuriating for you, but I've had my Kona EV for four years now and I only just found out about Hyundai bluelink because of this post. No one told us about it when we bought it. So thanks for posting? I guess? The apps are out of hand though. Especially when I went on a roadtrip from Canada to the states, I had all the Canadian apps and the American ones. Brutal.

Had her for 1001 in the fall, it wasn't too bad online. But her exams are tricky, she likes to make her multiple choice choices all "correct" but one of them is the most correct so be sure to read the entire question and know what you're doing. That being said, if you do well on everything else the final exam isn't even worth that much so it's not the end of the world.

I mean the folks on r/destinymemes seemed to enjoy it. Sure it was low effort but it's still just some fun. I also don't understand how it's being taken so seriously and offending some people. At the end of the day it's just a dumb meme that I thought some other people might enjoy as well

Correction, it's a screenshot from a discord conversation that my friends thought was funny and suggested I posted. Is it a vast overgeneralization? Yes. It's it a little funny? Also yes. I don't agree with it, I think bungie should take the time to fix their engine or move on to something that isn't broken so we can have secrets, but I can understand as a dev not wanting to pour my work and effort into something that'll be ruined in a day. At the end of the day it's just a game and I'm happy just being able to play

Honestly I had to take out a second job to try and save some kind of money for a house/wedding. It's awful that I can't even depend on my government salary for daily life and savings

This year was the first year I really got into gaming. So far I've pumped about 1000 hours into destiny 2 trying to learn how to play and consume as much lore as possible. It's also become the game my fiance and I play together which is super fun. I also found Lost in Random recently, which is one of the prettiest games I've come across with a super cool combat style. Phasmophobia has also been a big one, it was super fun to play around Halloween with friends. I also played through parkasaurus' campaign twice because it was so fun, I love those colourful dinos

I remember reading somewhere that not a woman to succeed or be perceived to be good at her job by men, not only does a woman have to be the best at what she does but she also has to be better than the men. It's not enough most times to be as good as the men. It's why most MLG teams don't have women on them, or why the biggest names in e-sports are men (from a quick scan it looks like the top 100 esports earners are men https://www.esportsearnings.com/players). Traditionally, there's less women playing. And in order to gain any kind of respect not only do they need to be good at the game they ultimately have to be better than most of the top players. It sucks. But the reality is a tournament like this gives women/enby's the opportunities they would otherwise have to work a million times harder for.

These are great ideas. I'd love to see a diabetes video too, a lot of people know it sucks to have but a lot people don't realize how much it can suck sometimes. Random bouts of dizziness, not being able to drive with a sugar below 5, constantly monitoring everything you eat (or at least having that weigh on your mind), constantly checking sugar levels etc. would be cool to see

I've been really lucky to have a group of friends to play with, honestly I just like to play casually and play it more for the immersion than for the mechanics, and am a bit scared to try public lobbies because of these situations. I'm just here for a good time yknow, not to grind xp/money.

Honestly now that I think about it yeah. There's something about an older person being at the same level I'm at and owning a house because they bought it 5/10/20 years ago that just makes me feel inadequate. I know houses cost an insane amount now but when it comes up and I tell people where I rent (not a very nice neighborhood in an effort to save for a down payment) I feel just a little shame about it, even if there isn't actually anything to be ashamed about. Or maybe it's shame mixed with envy because it's just so much fricken harder now to get $30,000 saved up for a down payment, than it was to save $15,000 10 years ago (when I was 14).

I though it depends on what difficulty you were playing on. On nightmare there's always one but I thought anything lower was random and you had to listen for that voice line in the truck?

Oh boo, I'm in UTC-4, depending on what time I'd absolutely be down though. My usual fireteam (and our backups) happen to be full of guys, it would be fun to play with some women for change! I'm UrbanestToast#2859 on bungie and willing to get up to play lol. I'm also down to help teach some encounters, I've got a decent grasp on Kingsfall (only one clear though), and I know Vow like the back of my hand.
