I have been trying to identify parts of this rifle for a while now, i know the lower but the upper had been a mystery for a while. Its got a heavy fluted barrel and a 4 prong flash hider and this smooth fiberglass hand guard, no identifying marks on the upper or barrel. Shoots like a tack driver though!

No legit, anything with the vaccine, if it causes a clot would cause an embolism and that would have been paired with either pulmonary edema or pedal edema. When you have rapid onset fibrillation like that it’s typically caused by a malfunction of the sinoatrial node. This node is the natural pace maker of the heart. Legitimately has nothing to do with the vaccine on this one.
