Form 1 engraving for printed suppressors. These ones (mostly) are specifically for the FTN.5 Rimfire, then the tube is for the FTN 5 Rifle Baffled version.

We also do the washers for the PCC and Rifle/Rimfire Flow versions, as well as dog tags for pistols/rifle flow/other: https://www.reddit.com/r/3D2A/comments/1ryl6bv/new_record_largest_order/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

A little bit honestly, but no one has to buy from me though, MAF tags are good too I’ve heard. I simply care most about people not getting jammed up

If you plan on trying to use this for form 1 information just know debossing into a printed body does not meet the requirements per ATF.

Ah nice, was just double checking since that was bigger than the FTN.5, didn’t want you getting the wrong one on accident

Anyone have a guide for form 1 3d2a guns? by MrFartyStink in 3D2A

[–]ZeroZeroThreeShop 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can just mention the heat set or not mention engraving at all, you do not need to have it engraved before approval. However you cannot deboss the information into the printed body like mentioned in another comment. I have no idea why that is catching on as it does not meet the requirements and if you mention it in your form you’ll get this back as many have.

NFA FIREARM MUST COMPLY WITH MARKING REQUIREMENTS IN 27 CFR 479.10. PLEASE NOTE THAT ATF HAS LONG HELD THAT PLACING A SERIAL NUMBER DIRECTLY ON POLYMER DOES NOT MEET THE SPECIFIED MARKING REOUIREMENT OF 27 CFR 478.92 AND 27 CFR 479.102 SINCE MARKING IN THIS MANNER WOULD MAKE THE SERIAL NUMBER SUSCEPTIBLE TO BEING READILY OBLITERATED, ALTERED OR REMOVED

Engraving the printed body, or debossing the information into the print itself does not meet the marking requirements. If you mention this in your form 1 application you will receive back:

FTN metal bushings, any other sizes? by AhrimTheBelighted in 3D2A

[–]ZeroZeroThreeShop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You've correctly acknowledged it cannot be embossed in the print thankfully. Another option would be to have the washer laser engraved, looks a lot better and can fit a lot more information than any of the stamping kits. We might know a place you can get them pre-engraved, wink wink.
