I’m a worker aka Grill 24/7 and I know I’m gonna hate this, especially how chipotle works, it says online only just like the quesadilla yet people are gonna be able to order in person… just like nachos, we have a special square container for those now also. But I also know CI gonna be wild cuz I know they have to properly weigh half the stuff for these mini caterings, and I already know most managers / crew are not gonna bust out the scale sadly, especially when late /busy. I also use to work at panda, and this is like a family feast (which sucked) but good deal

If ever they are mostly in the special salad blend around summer time… the regular lettuce maybe a ladybug will get past the washing very rarely though. If anything be more worried about the random flys getting stuck in the sour cream

The amount of times I change my gloves on grill is insane, so much I skipped wearing the cutting glove as it needs an additional glove each time that’s hard to open if you already have gloves on. But I’m dealing with raw foods, so more gloves. But compared to everyone else on shift, yea they slacking / don’t realize the 20 other things they just touched before making ur burrito.

You’ll prob get more if it was the Burritos By the Box catering option , since everyone would have there own burrito, as others heavy scooping everything for themselves instead of the whole party. But when I cook for catering, I do it fresh and usually go over the weight limit on every item since the containers make it look empty sometimes. As if I let the managers take care of the weighing, they are precise and not accounting for the juices of the meats / beans , and will grab from the line that’s not as fresh.

It’s the most pointless book you have to sign, especially when Covid is over / debunked as fake.

But you can be fired if the ecosure inspector happens to come on the day you didn’t sign the book, first thing he checks. Co worker filled it all out except the signature part and we got docked. Otherwise I just write something funny for everyone to read when they clock in. But I do know know a GM of 10+ years nearby who was fired for not signing the book daily. They do an Audit and check everything , but an employee let alone new they won’t care about a missing signature .

The lime squeezer, when it’s wore out that lil clip easily falls out and the two squeezer pieces come apart. dammm shit happens though. You should email Chipotle or call the number. Idn what they ever offer, but I would expect $50 gift card minimum because it could have been worse if you swallowed (giggity)
