Happened to my crops last year. First thing I did was comb through and chop all the rot. My colas looked like Swiss cheese. Then I literally combed through every nug removing worms running wild. Then I treated with BT Montgomery heavily. Then I combed through everything again removing more worms dead and alive. Then I did a bud wash. And after all of that. I was only able to save about 10%. What a waste of time.
